Make commitments and then practice keeping your word. The greatest dreams will not be accomplished without discipline and daily effort and that process brings joy. Remember it’s about doing the ordinary things extraordinarily well. Cheers!

Move Consistently Towards Your Goals
Monday, December 21st, 2009It’s Sunday; What are you thankful for?
Sunday, December 20th, 2009As Christmas approaches I am so thankful for all of my blessings and just life. As Friday December 25th draws near I am very much aware of who’s birthday it is, Jesus! We must remember the reason for the season and try to help those in need. What a difference it could make if every family would take on one more. I am personally committed to two families and it’s in my heart to give where families appreciate the sacrifice. Anytime someone commitments to give their time & money this is a sacrifice and it should be appreciated. Give thanks for all that you have on today and if you are able to help one person, do it!

Stress Less, Sleep Well
Friday, December 18th, 2009Recent studies indicate that 54 percent of American are concerned about the level of stress in their lives. No one is completely free of stress. Stress in small doses can actually benefit us by keeping us motivated, focused, and alert when we need to be. However, when life’s demands exceed your ability to cope, stress becomes a threat to both your emotional and physical well-being. That’s why it’s important to acknowledge stressors early on and find ways to control them, bringing your life back into balance. Don’t allow the holiday’s to overwhelmed you and stress you out. Do things in moderation and listen to your body. When it says stop, stop! Cheers.

A 2006 Pew Research report revealed that those who attend weekly services of any faith indicate that they feel much happier than those who attend once a month or less. You have so much to give thanks for why not do it at church. So, if you’re not in attendance at a weekly service, start the New Year off trying it. Cheers!
Tips for the Holiday’s
Wednesday, December 16th, 2009The idea is to savor the taste of the season, enjoy friends and family and be satisfied, not stuffed and miserable. SMALL PLATES, skinny glasses, as dinner plates seem to have gotten bigger so are many American’s. Control your portions by using a smaller plate. Try having your choice of beverage in a champagne flute, it’s tall and skinny. SLIP WISELY, drink in moderation and know your limit and when to stop. GET SOME SLEEP, shopping, wrapping, cooking and partying until dawn may cause you to lose focus on the season. Most of us aren’t getting enough sleep already and add all the additional demands of our time, we are sure to be the losing end. Experts recommend at least eight hours of sleep. Take care of your body, mind, and spirit. Cheers!
Live In The Moment
Tuesday, December 15th, 2009Give up on perfection. Remember that life is a marathon, not a sprint. Some things will always be out of your control. Learn to accept that, and focus on making the choices that will lead you towards your goal. Stay focus and remember your target. Cheers!
You’re Bliss
Monday, December 14th, 2009Take some time to think back to your happiest times. True bliss occurs when several joyful moments fuse into one unforgettable day. It’s a turning point of pure joy, such as a wedding, a major achievement, or simply a day when everything just “feels right”, we all have magical moments. The goal is to bring more of them to your life, more often. Once you’ve recalled two or more of your happiest moments, connect the dots to figure out what they have in common. Then think of ways to plug those passions into your life to design your own personal brand of joy! Cheers!
It’s Thankful Sunday!
Sunday, December 13th, 2009I am so thankful for life and life more abundantly! I live a life of peace regardless of all drama that often surrounds me; maybe because I realize that without all the drama God could not prove himself to people. I know I am a child of God. I know where all my blessings come from. I realize that I have so much to be thankful for, and that I have a purpose. I am living in the moment and doing what I am passionate about. I am simply blessed and thankful today and every day. Are you?
