LAUGH.  A good laugh really is the best medicine.  Laughing exercises the heart and releases your “happy hormones”.  Taking time to enjoy laughter takes your mind off problems and reduces your stress hormones.  Take a moment every day and find something to laugh about!  Cheers!

We often feel the strain of situations over which we have no power.  Described as a silent killer, stress can lead to heart disease, high blood pressure, sleep problems, obesity and depression. Instead of exerting energy by stressing yourself out start doing things differently.  Start right now make eliminating stress your #1 priority.  Believe it or not, it is much easier than you think and it doesn’t cost you anything but a little time. 

I will post a suggestion on eliminating your stress daily for the next 4 days.  Today’s tip: Listen to music, it’s soothing, its calming effects have often been used to help heal the sick.  Music can bring back great memories and it speaks to the soul.  Take a moment to listen to your favorite artist.

It’s a New Year the first Sunday of the New Years and I am so thankful to have life, abundant joy, peace and love all around me.  As I reflect on my goals for 2010 I get excited because the possibilities are endless if we trust ourselves and place every care in the master’s hands! 

Today, I rejoice and give thanks for another year I have been allowed to see, another opportunity to get it right, do things better and be better!  WOW, I am blessed.  Are you?  Cheers.
