{"id":665,"date":"2011-10-23T13:48:28","date_gmt":"2011-10-23T20:48:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sistahology.com\/blog\/?p=665"},"modified":"2011-10-23T13:48:28","modified_gmt":"2011-10-23T20:48:28","slug":"simplify-your-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sistahology.com\/blog\/simplify-your-life\/","title":{"rendered":"Simplify Your Life"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"background-repeat: no-repeat;\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Every day, do something to simplify your life, and you will be happier, healthier, kinder, a person that lives in the moment and not worrying about the next.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our hectic lives are calling us to learn how to live more simply while still achieving what we need and desire.\u00a0 But living simply isn\u2019t easy when we\u2019re addicted to excess, believing more and bigger and faster are better.\u00a0 There\u2019s no peace in perpetual pursuit, no room to experience the sweetness and joy of living when we\u2019re constantly doing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Monitor who and what you give your time and attention to.\u00a0\u00a0 If you value spiritual growth, family time, building up a savings and staying healthy, then the work you choose to do and how you spend your spare time should support those objectives.\u00a0 Otherwise you are surely more likely to find yourself in the mall instead of at the gym or evening and weekends working instead of spending time with your family and friends.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Start prioritizing.\u00a0 Put fewer things on your daily schedule and choose a more realistic time frame for each task.\u00a0 Believing we must do everything right now puts us under pressure.\u00a0 By making these adjustments you\u2019ll be less stressed, enjoy life more and complete projects with more time to spare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When we simplify our lives we become one with time we see clearly which activities we should eliminate, how to do things more efficiently and what can be handled by others.\u00a0 And we don\u2019t take on a task until we see how it serves our highest purpose.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, every day do something to simplify your life!\u00a0 Cheers to a better YOU!<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every day, do something to simplify your life, and you will be happier, healthier, kinder, a person that lives in the moment and not worrying about the next.
