She as hat natural sistah-girl swagger, but by no means is she ever inappropriate.\u00a0\u00a0 She is a force to be reckoned with.\u00a0 I encourage sistah\u2019s not to change any of these attributes because it was born from centuries of strength, resilience and confidence.\u00a0 It was necessary to survive the oppression of the world and still raise families, work and live.\u00a0 It\u2019s our DNA.\u00a0 You are fly effortlessly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are times when people try to strip real sistah\u2019s of that thing that distinguishes us and makes us special.\u00a0 There is nothing wrong with you, you are strength, you are inspiration, you are love, just the way you are.\u00a0 So, the next time someone suggest that you are broken, just remember that your essence is wonderful, and by all means please don\u2019t lose your swagga, sistah!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Dr. MayaAngelou states it best in her poem, \u201cPhenomenal Woman.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s the fire in my eyes<\/p>\n<p>And the flash of my teeth,<\/p>\n<p>The swing in my waist,<\/p>\n<p>And, the joy in my feet,<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m a woman.<\/p>\n<p>Phenomenally.<\/p>\n<p>Phenomenal Woman.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s me.<\/p>\n<p>Cheers!<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A\u00a0sistah keeps it real (100) and she is very authentic to who she is.
