On every continent, in every country and in every culture, when people are asked, &#8220;What do you want?&#8221; the most popular answer is &#8220;happiness.&#8221; Happiness is the goal that makes other life goals like success, prosperity and relationships feel meaningful and enjoyable.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s official\u2014the pursuit of happiness has sped up! We are chasing after happiness faster than ever. And the faster we run, the longer the race becomes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nWhy does happiness seem so out of reach sometimes? Given the inalienable, constitutional right to pursue our own happiness, we wonder where we&#8217;re supposed to pursue it, and what, precisely, we have a right to. When does my happiness become your pain? Is happiness a fate or a choice, and what makes us happy, if we&#8217;re honest? Finally, in a world with so much upheaval, uncertainty, struggle, and injustice, how can we be deeply happy?
