Remembering my loving father Rev. Kelly Easter, Jr. on today! I am so glad he knew I loved him and that I showed him love while he was alive. He is a part of every life decision I make and when I think of all of my life accomplishments that I have been allowed to achieve thus far it is because of his guidance, encouragement and support I am SO at peace, knowing how proud he would be. I know his legacy lives on through me, my sons, and my dear mother. Love & miss you Pops!
Fathers, in most families, are our special unsung heroes. They rarely ever get their fair share of appreciation & respect. If you have a caring father, you are blessed. You may not agree with his method of parenting. But one-day (if not already) you will appreciate that he cared enough to have a method. I do not believe life is not a cakewalk for many fathers. Life offers more than a fair share of twists and turns for every aspiring father. If you are blessed to have a father living remember you don’t need a special day to tell your father how much you love him. Express your love every chance you have because tomorrow is not promised.
