Satisfied

December 28th, 2009

It’s not that you’ve been spared life’s challenges but that you have chosen to see the upside of everything, demonstrating resilience and optimism regardless of what life sends your way.  You enjoy what you’ve got in the here and now phase of life, while you still actively make time to focus on creating a future.  We must continue to lead by example, and you’ll not only reap greater personal joy, but you’ll also help make the World a better place.  Your happiness is your gift to others, your happiness keeps you joyful and this helps you inspire others.  Cheers!

Last Sunday in 2009!

December 27th, 2009

What a year for most of us.  As you embrace today give thanks for all things in 2009 and identify things you can do differently in 2010, situations you can approach differently in 2010 and most of all acknowledge yourself for all the wonderful things you’ve done in 2009 and the greater things you plan to do in 2010.

Give thanks for all things today.  Cheers.

You’re Fulfilled

December 26th, 2009

With your easygoing attitude, you appreciate what you have.  Something though, you bend over backward to please others rather than taking care of your own happiness.  We tend to confuse contentment with complacency, settling when you might be striving.  Be willing to participate in your life more.  Setting goals for your life is key.  Do something that gets the adrenaline flowing again and ignite your passion.  Make a decision to try something new to make sure you are still growing and learning!  It’s about to be a new year.  Cheers.

Merry Christmas!

December 25th, 2009

Merry Christmas to all of you!  All the best in the New Years.

Happy Christmas Eve

December 24th, 2009

All the best to everyone this Christmas Eve!  I pray for you to have peace, love and joy on today and forever!  Cheers…..

Stop Postponing Joy

December 23rd, 2009

Essentials of happiness are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for!  If your mind-set hinges on “someday” happiness, you’ll miss what’s good and right in the moment.  “Be open to the idea that life does not happen to you, but that life happens for you.” Remember to surround yourself with positive people, choose your flock with intention.  Optimism or the reverse can be contagious.  Seeing yourself as a victim can be self-fulfilling prophecy; visualize yourself a winner and you’ll be one!  Cheers.

Grace Under Fire

December 22nd, 2009

Embracing Grace Under Fire takes a strong person, with much faith and peace within.  When we are confronted with betrayal and hurtful acts from others we must embrace grace.  I believe strongly that you reap what you sow, and we must learn to resolve unsolved hurts and pains within.  Not that it’s easy.  Letting go does not always come easy for me and many others.  I will admit I used to hold on to hurts and pains; I would simply cut people off, pretend that they cease to exist and not look back!  I use to think for what?  But, then I started to understand that not letting go was holding me back.  It takes maturity to get to the point that you realize that stroking anger towards others does nothing more than keep the frustration and resentment alive inside of you.

Don’t allow anyone’s transgression to keep you in a negative place and block you from doing and experiencing all the wonderful things your higher power has planned for your life.  After all the best revenge is living your life to the fullest everyday and being happy!  Sooner or later the “haters” will have to recognize!  Cheers to Grace.

Move Consistently Towards Your Goals

December 21st, 2009

Make commitments and then practice keeping your word.  The greatest dreams will not be accomplished without discipline and daily effort and that process brings joy.  Remember it’s about doing the ordinary things extraordinarily well.  Cheers!

It’s Sunday; What are you thankful for?

December 20th, 2009

As Christmas approaches I am so thankful for all of my blessings and just life.  As Friday December 25th draws near I am very much aware of who’s birthday it is, Jesus!  We must remember the reason for the season and try to help those in need.  What a difference it could make if every family would take on one more.  I am personally committed to two families and it’s in my heart to give where families appreciate the sacrifice.  Anytime someone commitments to give their time & money this is a sacrifice and it should be appreciated.  Give thanks for all that you have on today and if you are able to help one person, do it!
